Strictly using materials that are made in the USA. We utilize 1000/500 denier Cordura® fabrics, and nylon bonded threads, FHT products are handmade to last a lifetime, and then some.
Built to Last
Cordura® fabrics have been battle tested for years by the U.S. military and other militaries around the world. Cordura® is exceptionally tough, waterproof, abrasion resistant, and can be manufactured in many ways. Cordura® laminates are great for laser cut molle panels and backing materials that are used to attach equipment.
Cordura® is also well known for its color retaining properties, meaning the camo patterns will maintain a high quality for a long time, experiencing less washout over the years.
The nylon bonded threads we use are top quality, American made, and selected for strength. We double stitch, and zig-zag stitch for extra durability where necessary ensuring that our seams don't fail.
We field test everything
To ensure our battle kit solutions don't fail you, we rigorously field test all of our equipment. We test for strength, durability, functionality, and foot print to name a few of the points. This ensures a life long product that isn't bulky with unneeded wasted space. Our quality is unmatched.
