We know, you need it now...

At Fight Hard Tactical, we package everything up nicely and ship it out to you within 1-3 business days when in stock. Please note that if your order requires customization, it may delay the shipment. Once your order ships, we will provide you with order tracking information as soon as it is available, sent to the email you used to place the order. Currently, we are only shipping to the US (excluding AK, CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, OR, WA). We apologize for any inconvenience regarding returns and refunds.

Return and Refund Policy

Although we supply only high quality equipment from very reputable manufacturers, we understand things happen. Returns are honored for 10 days past the delivered date.

Items MUST be unused and in the original undamaged packaging that was shipped. A 10% re-stocking fee will be assessed to all returned items.
Some items are not returnable in any circumstance. These items will expressly alert you to this in the item description.
All returns must be accompanied with our company's internal RMA number. You will receive this number when you contact us for the return.

ALL damaged items MUST be reported to Fight Hard Tactical within 48 hours of delivery. Send claim including pictures to support@fighthardtactical.com.

Please fill out the return form, and a representative will contact you regarding your returns and refunds. Once we gather a few details, our representative will issue you an RMA number to use for the return process and assist with order tracking. Please do not just return items to us without an RMA, as our shipping department will not accept any shipments without this number.
